Fine art print created from Daniel Kondo’s visual research for Entregas expressas da Kiki, the Brazilian edition of Eiko Kadono’s classic story.

The image reimagines scenes, movement and characters from the book as a fictional sheet of Japanese-style postal stamps. Inspired by vintage Japanese printing, limited colors, graphic ephemera and the visual culture of printed objects, the composition brings together small narrative fragments from Kiki’s journey.

Rather than reproducing a single scene, the print works as an imaginary collection of moments: flight, delivery, encounter, movement and transformation. Each stamp suggests a small episode, echoing the rhythm of picturebooks and the physical experience of reading through image, sequence and design.

Printed on Hahnemühle 208 g/m² fine art paper with pigment ink, this limited edition brings together illustration, book art and visual narrative in a collectible print connected to the making of the book.
